WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES will be offered on campus Wednesdays from April 9th to May 14th from 4:45-5:45pm –class will start promptly at 4:45. The sessions will be taught by Linda Talone, an insured, certified yoga instructor. Sign-up and payments can be made at the first class on April 9th. Class is held in the rehearsal room in the Kaleidoscope KAL 131. There will be no class Wednesday, April 30th.
NEW U has partnered with the UC Fitness Center to create two 30-minute fitness programs to encourage you to either begin or try a new and improved fitness circuit. In order to complete the 30-Minute Circuit program, you must complete one of the 30-minute workout sessions at least 3x within a 2 week period from April 8th – May 3rd.
